Goal

The goal of the Food Safety Department graduate program is to train graduates with scientific knowledge and application skills to ensure safety at every stage of the food production chain from a multidisciplinary perspective, and to contribute to the knowledge and trained manpower in the field of food safety through multidisciplinary studies.

Objectives

The objective of the Program is to train experts equipped with sufficient knowledge to conduct research in the field of food safety, to contribute to public health by interpreting legislation and producing scientific solutions, and to develop and implement new ideas.
